Which is the best for an App for Microsoft Store to use Azure Sql DataBase or easyTables I have doubts about it.

I Suggest HeidiSQL lets you browse and edit data, create and edit tables, views, procedures, triggers and scheduled events
HeidiSQL And SQLPro Studio

Easy tables and easy APIs were deprecated on November 11, 2019
If you need a lightweight database to sync settings and offline data with mobile apps, you can use Azure MySQL In App

If you require a full fledged transactional database that can scale upto 4TB, you can go with Azure SQL Database
