Can i make Android Emulator run on Azure Virtual Machine?

I am using VM Standard D4s v3 (4 vcpus, 16 GiB memory) of Azure. Intel Xeon E5-2673 v3. Runs windows 10
But I can't start emulator of android studio. Even though I have installed Intel / HAXM but still can't run the emulator?
So how to start the emulator of android studio

Since you already are already running inside of Hyper-V machine HAXM wont work, I would remove HAXM and try the Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD processors. . I think it will run inside of Hyper-V

I am using an Intel Xeon E5-2673 v3 VM. So how to install Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD processors. I have tried and failed to install

Hi, I am also experiencing this issue, I check the suggested posts, but none of the refer to Azure VMs. Is this something we cannot use within Azure VMs? I was able to install AzureStudio and the emulator, but when actually creating a virtual device it fails.
