Is there a way to start all over again with my account and Word 365? It's at present just a confusing mess. Is there a way to check and eventually delete previous account information and log in on the PC? I seem to have two conflicting accounts, one from a previous user.

Hi,
All user accounts are stored under c:\users(account name)
Open Computer Management, select Local Users and Groups, Users. Then in the right panel, find your old logins, and delete it. This will delete the user login.
Open File Explorer, RMB This PC, Properties, Advanced System Settings, Advanced (tab), Settings (under User Profiles), highlight an account that says LOCALPCNAME\Unknown, press the Delete button below.
You should have a backup of your data in either case.
