Exchange server integrated app is not working suddenlty

Question

The job integrated for email service is working later but from the morning it showing error "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

Anyone please help me on this. Thanks in advance
