LinkedIn Learning API Progress Percentage Seconds Viewed discrepancy

We're using the LinkedIn Learning Reporting API to provide data on seconds of content viewed. We see a discrepancy between seconds viewed and progress percentage. For example, a row of data looks like this:
Date: 15th April 2019 // Email: Pietje.Puk@....com // Course: learning python // Seconds viewed: 2000 // Progress Percentage: 0

Does anyone know how it's possible that you have 0% progress while you have viewed many seconds (max value was 41000 seconds with 0 % progress)?

Hi @MayankBargali-MSFT

I don't see where I can post my question? It's quite specific so it's not in a FAQ or already asked question, so it's not very helpful. Are there other options to get the answer?

@IrisdeHaas-5484 Look like creating the new post/comment is disabled currently. You can also reach out to them here creating the support ticket: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/solve/contact

You can also post your query on Stack Overflow with suitable tags (linkedin) so it will have visibility across the community which is a better suited audience for such types of issues.

Stackoverflow was the best option.

I am no expert in api readings, but you could test if the seconds get counted just by entering a course without doing anything. You could do this with your own account and then test a course and actually progress within it. Or do you already know that the person going trough the course has made progress and you don't see it reflected within the received data?
