Hi , I changed to a new PC and want to install my visio 2019 professional (I had a company on my old PC but the key does not allow me to activate on the new PC). Thanks, Gavin.

    If you want to transfer Visio Pro 2019 to a new PC, it's suggested to uninstall Visio Pro 2019 from the old PC first, and then install it on the new PC.

    Are you an individual user or user in an organization?

    • If you are an individual user, did you redeem your key? If yes, please login to Visio with the account that the key redeemed to see if you could activate it successfully.
    • If you are a user in an organization, please refer to "Activate Visio by telephone".
      If you still can't activate Visio with the steps in official document, please contact Microsoft support.
