lync 2010 ad forest functional level

dears,
can u advise if ffl 2012 r2 is supported for lync 2010?
if no what is the last supported ffl?

No, it isn’t supported.

According to the official document, the forest in which you deploy Lync Server 2010 is raised to a forest functional level of Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Server 2003 native mode.

Lync server 2013, Skype for Business server 2015 and Skype for Business server 2019 are all support for a forest functional level of Windows Server 2012 R2. So, we recommend you upgrade Lync server 2010 to newer version. You will have more new experiences.
