If you just want to complete MS Learn learning path, yes, you have to perform those virtual labs provided by Microsoft.

If you want to practice in your local machine, that is fine too. You will get the labs files here -
https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/DA-100-Analyzing-Data-with-Power-BI

And finally to achieve certification - you will have to pass DA-100 exam.

Thanks, so it's okay if I study from my local power BI desktop by following power bi GitHub material ,
Because seriously I opened the virtual Lab and I pressed Done ,without following the lab instruction because it's very slowly.

Power Bi is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Power Bi actively monitors questions over at
https://community.powerbi.com/

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
