Connection via ODBC to MariaDB

Hello, I have some problem with my connection to my MariaDB via Virtual Machine Azure (ODBC and Heidi).
I have already sucessefuly connect from diverses computers (not VM) to this DB, but when I try in VM Azure this doesn't works.

What I have already done

  • Open Outbound and Inbound Port for the MariaDB in Azure Portal

  • Open Outbound and Inbound Port for the MariaDB in Firewall Windows in VM

  • I have installed MariaDB connector ODBC and also HEIDI.

In my VM Azure I have Network Security Group and also a Network Interface.
Can you help me? Thank you a lot

@LuisMartins-9301 - We are looking into this but one confirmation, when you talk about Maria DB - do you mean the Maria DB PaaS service

Hello, I can't you tall, because I don't know.
the MariaDB is not mine, but I have contact with them (supplier of MariaDB)

The supplier have whitelisted the public IP of my VM machine and open ports for VM machine and now the conection is sucessefuly!
