Please make sure that the redirect URI that you have configured for the application registration matches exactly what you have configured for the app itself. (It can't have an extra space, slash, or anything else.) I'm not sure what type of application you are running but you can normally do a search through your code and check for references to the Redirect URI. Please make sure that the application ID/Client IDs match both in the registration and in the application, as well as the tenant IDs.

It would help if you can capture a fiddler trace so that I can understand the authentication flow.

Please follow the below instructions to capture a fiddler trace:

Download and install Fiddler from here: https://www.telerik.com/fiddler

Follow these instructions to enable HTTPS capture: https://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/configure-fiddler/tasks/DecryptHTTPS (do step 1 and 2)

To get traces:

Start fiddler (it will start capturing)

Repro the issue.

Stop fiddler capturing by hitting the F12 key.

Save all sessions in a .saz file and send via email to azcommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com (Attn: Marilee Turscak).

Just we had a missing "/" at the end of the URI.

Everything is fine right now.
