Cannot find client certificate

Hi, I'm connecting to new Microsoft CA for wireless access. Currently, connecting to wireless access is via another CA When I choose the SSID and select the certificate, I'm not able to find the certificate from the new CA. However, from the same SSID, I'm able to find the current certificate. Please advise if there's settings that is required for me to be able to see the certificate from the new CA

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

Before we go further, may I know if the issue is related to 802.1 X authentication? Could you please help provide more details related the issue for further troubleshooting?
