Windows 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.0 cant get new windows updates

Hi, I have couple of Windows 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.0 they cant get new windows updates. I know there is a some KBS that i need to install to update the windows update service that i can get a new windows updates

Hi,

Which version of Windows 10 1607 do you have? LTSC or SAC?

If it's Semi-Annual Channel (SAC), it has already reached its end of support.

What is the status in the Monitoring/Deployments node of Windows 10 1607 devices? Did you check the client log files?

Hi
Its a end of support that I know.
I want to update these computers via sccm and much that I know there is a minimum of build that I need to be

You must upgrade first your Windows 10 devices (1607) to the latest version (20h2) to still supported.

Im in build 14393.0 i need to install kb that will give me the ability to update to
20h2

You can upgrade your Windows 10 devices using ConfigMgr either by WaaS or In-Place upgrade.
