O365 email says that it is delivered on our end in logs but receipient is not receiving?

I work for an MSP. We have a couple customers who have been getting into the same situation. They are sending an email and the O365 delivery logs shows successfully delivered on our end but recipient is not receiving the emails. Anyone else seeing this in the last month or so? Any information from Microsoft?

From the Office 365, admin could check whether is the email sent to external successfully:

I sent an email from my Office 365 account to a Gmail mailbox, I could this email was sent out successfully:

If the recipient doesn't see this email, this email may be stuck on the recipient's server. You need to check from the recipient side.
