Not being able to schedule exam

Question

I recently attended the Azure Fundamentals classes in order to be able to attend the exam. I linked my account at Pearson VUE and was able to get my verification code, but when I choose to schedule the exam, the following page shows up everytime:

I followed all the steps but it still doesn't work. I contacted Pearson VUE and I was told to submit a question here.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
