Excel Formula that will keep 0 decimals

Is there an Excel formula that will allow me to keep decimal places? For example, my cell U2 has a value of 4.00. However when I incorporate that into a CONCAT statement, it truncates the .00 and I don't want it to do so because I need to pass those decimals to a SQL Server Database. So I'd prefer 4.00 come over as 4.00.

Hi @BobbyP-1695,
You can try to use TEXT function to keep 2 decimal:

You can also add an auxiliary column to transform cells to TEXT first and then use CONCAT function:

Hope the information is helpful.
