Cancel Onedrive subscription

Dear Microsoft, this is mengly. I want to make it short. I have tried to cancel the cloud service of Onedrive for many and many times. it has charged me for 5.99 dollar per month for 1T storage capacity which i actually do not need. When i go to my google play account, i do not see such subscription. also when i log in my onedrive account, i do not see any actions of mine related to my subscription though i see the storage capacity of 1T. What has happened to this? I just want to cancel it and please let me now how since i have tried many and many times and it does not work at all. If it still charge me like this, i might use the last resort which is i go to my bank and ask them block this charge. Thank you.

    Did you follow the steps as the image below? More detailed information, please refer to "Manage your OneDrive storage and limits"

    If yes and you can't cancel this subscriptionto, better help you, it's recommended to contact Microsoft online for assistance, as we manily focus on technical questions about OneDrive client, including deployment, installation, and troubleshooting like file synchronization.

    thank you. i have actually followed that instruction yet things do not appear that way. i do not see manage next to my storage plan and other following staffs.

    do you have happen to know their email address to which i can send my concern by asking them to cancel for me directly?
