Hello,
The use and display requirements for Bing News Search mention certain requirements and restrictions. I would like to ask if these restrictions are applicable for ALL use cases, or whether entirely academic, non-commercial projects may not be subject to all of the cited restrictions. For example, the restrictions say to not store the Data received from the API, not use it in machine learning training, and not modify results content. Could a research group within a university not seeking to make any money use the Bing News Search API in restricted manners?
