There is a software on some computers in our company that is responsible for recording user voice while they are talking to clients. The software create mp3 file and sends it to server. But some time while it tries to send the mp3 to server it got stuck. Moreover the computers have several agents such as antivirus etc. I though that antivirus would cause that issue but i dont see any blocking and suspicious events on antivirus. When we look at logs on event viewer we observed that the application gave the error but didnt tell which services made it to become error. is there any way to see what cause that application to crash? thanks in advance
