i cannot update my Certification Profile

Dear support,

I am trying to update my profile so I can schedule to take an exam, but I get the following error message:

50041: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

I have exam voucher, and I am unable to Link attended mail id with my MCID.



Could you please assist?
