Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
As far as I know, the password can be typed many times without blocking the account even if you enter the wrong password. Did you follow some docs to grant the user access, or did you use some other applications which control the account and password? Besides, are there any policies or rules set for your account and password?

HI @TianyuSun-MSFT ,
thank you for feedback.
In my case I entered the password only once and then the account(active directory) was locked.
The internal policies foresee the lock of the account after 3 wrong attempts.
What happens when I deploy a report?
Is it possible that visual studio to make multiple attempts to connect to the server?
Best regards
Simone
Hi @SimoneDeCesaris-0797 , I noticed that the locked account is active directory? Is it related to Azure?
