How to solve "Your session has expired. Update the page to continue" error

Hi,
I have travelled from Sweden to Thailand and can no longer create and use Word Online. I just get the error: Your session has expired. Update the page to continue. It doesn't help to update. The error still remains. Any solution?

    Does this issue occur to other Office apps for the web like Excel Online?

    I find a related thread "Word Online Error".
    As Felix Tao MSFT said in it, please check the time zone on your portal and SharePoint Online site to see if it is the same as the time zone on your PC.
