One drive file not opening

I am unble access my one drive file since 7 months , every time they show follwing message on the screen (Something's not right The page you requested is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience, please check back in a few minutes. ) Please help there are important research document saved on my drive

    Hi @m16960 ,

    On January 11, 2021, we will no longer support Groove.exe (OneDrive for Business) and on February 1, 2021, Groove.exe sync with SPO will be terminated and users will no longer be able to sync their OneDrive and Shared Libraries using Groove.

    Groove.exe(OneDrive for Business) will continue to work only for files in SharePoint Server.

    If you are using SharePoint Online, please make sure to use OneDrive Sync client.
