Using Power Automate Desktop Azure tools - What is Azure client?

Question

I was trying to shave a few minutes off my workflow and automate the start up of my VM with 1 click before RDP into it.

When I choose the Start VM block in Power Automate Desktop, it asks me to specify an "Azure client"

I have not been able to find any information of what value needs to be put into this field.
