Share certification and learning from different MS accounts

Hi there,

I have two MS accounts. One account is my company MS account. The other account is my personal account.

I got the certification from my personal account. May I know if I can share the certification and learning from my personal account into my work account?

I tried to link the personal account in the My profile -> Settings -> Linked accounts, but not work for me.

Can you please help me to check?
