Following the Microsoft documentation in configuring FHIR Sync Agent for D365, we configure the service bus details and an application ID. The team can see the data in service bus but they don't get replicated into the FHIR. Is there any configuration required to allow FHIR to pick up the data from the service bus?

We are trying to make the sync works between dynamics and FHIR following the documentation. However, it is mentioned that some Azure Functions are necessary to orchestate and trigger data synched from the service bus queue to FHIR or Dataverse. We haven´t found where are this Azure Functions available and how to deploy them.
