Outlook warning prompt with activated plugin

Outlook2013 with windows10

Hello,
I have configured my gpo for trusted addin with my calculated hashvalue for my dll with fullpath.

In registry path and hash value is present but keeps prompting this:

8737-1.png

also added

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\security]
'level'=dword:00000004
'AdminSecurityMode'=dword:00000003

Whats wrong? Deactivate all prompt is not an option for us.

Thanks

And why Microsoft did not update this article since outlook2010?!

Outlook is not supported here on QnA. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here.

You're welcome. Yes, will be a bit confusing while the migration is in progress.
