VSTO Outlook Separated Form Region source code

Hello all,

I am looking for a source code exemple about how to create a separated form region in Outlook.

All examples I found are about side bar or top bar, nothing about separated region.
I read some books from Sue Mosher, Lars Powers, Mike Snell, Steve Fox, Bill Sheldon and Ken Slovak.
No one have the courage to be deep in Separated Form Regions... :*)

A Vistual Studio solution that I can study will be nice...
