Hi there,

We're Upgrade Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2012 R2 along with CRM 2013.1, could anybody suggest what are the best practices and recommended steps to upgrade.

    The recommended method is to stand up the new 2012 R2, patch fully, then migrate the CRM 2013 over to it. Better to ask CRM experts about this part of the migration. Dynamics CRM is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Dynamics actively monitors questions over at
