Using UI flow via USB

I am trying to run record a UI flow via usb. Ran the installer directly to the root of the USB. I'm able to run a record UI on it but cant find any indication its saving locally or to the USB Pen. I'm trying to set up an automated process to extend the desktop display, deactivate windows updated and disable them. I have to run this process on 100's of machines and setting the UI up should free up some time if i can get it to work. Any ideas how to get the application to run on the USB and save the Recording to that usb where i can rerun it over many machines?
