Company Portal Registration Issues - Android

I recently got a new phone and had to register with Company Portal in order to access Teams, Outlook, etc. for work. I am using a Pixel 4a 5g now. I go through the process of signing into Outlook and it then asks me to register with Company Portal. I download it and there is no registration option in the app like the first time when I downloaded it on my other phone. I go through the Outlook login again to see if it works and it tells me to download the app again, as if it is not on my phone. I have been searching and trying for days and no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have tried the following: - Rebooting - Giving all permissions to the Company Portal app and other Microsoft apps - Created a new account that only had work stuff on it and none of my personal data - Factory reset on phone and did not sync old data

Do you mean you cannot login to Teams client normally in mobile device?

Are you using your personal account or company account to login in Teams?

Are there any error messages when login in Teams client?

I cannot log into Teams, Outlook, or anything else that requires the Company Portal app in order to access. I am using my company account to login. There is no specific error message when I go through the process, but rather it keeps telling me to register my device, even when it has already been registered. Hopefully this info helps.

after step 9) connection reseting and starting again from step number 1) and all times i have the same
from step 1 to step number 9 all properly ,
but after step 9 connection reseted and started from step 1

Did you ever find a resolution to this issue? I am having a similar issue with my pixel 3a but only with Microsoft Teams.

My company IT so far has not been helpful, did yours offer a solution?
