Microsoft Authenticator Failed Register

This happens not whith every user. When they want to register the Microsoft Authenticator App, they scan de QR code and then click next and keep thinking until an error message appears. In the app nothing shows app, any notification but the account it´s registered

In the app itself it shows the spinner? What is the error message they see?

If they are unable to scan the code they can manually add an account to the app by following the instructions here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/user-help/user-help-auth-app-add-account-manual

They can also try accessing via web browser:

  1. Go to Security & Privacy page > choose Additional security verification > Update my phone numbers used for account security.

  2. Choose Set up Authenticator app and it will open a pop-up box with the QR code

In the App nothing happens. I think that is in a range of hours, it happens around 8-14 o' clock (GMT-5). Could be an server problem? It is happening every day.
