Is the device authorization grant flow supported with Azure B2C?

I was looking through the documentation on Azure B2C and I am having trouble determining if the device authorization grant flow, see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/v2-oauth2-device-code, is supported when using Azure B2C.

Does anyone know if it is?

The use case here is that we will have large numbers of devices running Windows Enterprise IoT with limited UI input capabilities. We would like to use the device authorization grant flow so that the user can authenticate using their computer or mobile device with the device code presented on the device.

Azure B2C's pricing model best fits this use case if the device authorization grant flow is supported.

Thanks so very much for your assistance.
