Hi, I'm totally brand new to the Power Automate world - I understand the idea behind the product but I'm curious to know if it could assist with some existing work. I'm currently modifying hundreds of Crystal Reports one by one (open the report, add four prompt parameters which requires making several entries in fields in Crystal Report forms, add two formulas - again requires making several entries in fields in Crystal Report forms). Is it possible today to create a Power Automate UI Flow that works like this...
1) I open a Crystal Repot in the Crystal Report application. 2) I ensure that the four prompt parameters and the two formulas don't exist. 3) I run start a Power Automate UI flow that will... a) Right click a link to open the "create a new parameter" form. b) Enter text in a few fields on this form. c) Click "OK" to save the new parameter/close the form. 4) Repeat 3 several times and then stop (return control to me).
If this is possible could you point me to/recommend a starting point in the Power Automate training that I should start at so I could get up and running to quickly dio something like what is described above. Thanks!
