Sounds like the custom view may be corrupt.

Hi Tq DSPatrick, i have tried to follow the step but unfortunately, i cant delete the custom view as i didnt see any delete icon on it. i try just to create new custom view, but seem same issue pop up. Is there any other way that i can try. Thanks
It's also possible one or more of the EVTX are corrupt in C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs You could set the Event Log service to Disabled, then after reboot delete the files. Then set the Event Log service to Enabled, reboot, try again.
