    Hello @CALVINSr-7202,

    It would be great if you could share more details about your plan to use QnAMaker for your agency? Basically, any file format that is supported by QnAMaker can be uploaded to create a KB and can be queried using the API or a QnABot. Please take a look at the different content type documents that you can upload which also have some samples. This should help you determine if you already have such data that can be easily uploaded and queried using QnAMaker.
