Unable to convert FONT COLOR in Excel file to PDF correctly

I formatted font color in excel file, but when convert to PDF the font color all goes BLACK only.
I've tried converting excel file to pdf via save as, print and export to pdf, but same result for all method, font are black color only.

Another point I can observed is it's not happen with EN font, if all are type in EN, the font color converted are fine, but not with Thai font
I'm also ask my colleague do convert and it came out alright, correct color formatted font.

Please advice anything I can do, any setting wrong?

Based on your description, I have some questions below.

  • Does this issue occure with all workbooks (.xls file, .xlsx file)? Or does this issue just occur with specific workbooks?
If the issue just exists on specific files, you can copy all the contents to a new workbook to have a check.

  • Is your colleague using the same version and version number of Office as yours?
Please go to File > Account > Product Information > About Excel, check the version number.

  • Do Thai fonts lost color in Print Preview?
If yes, you may go to PageLayout tab > Page Setup group > click Expanding Arrow in the lower right corner > Sheet tab, please make sure the checkbox of "Black and White" is not ticked.

Thank you so much EmilyHua for your response. More information are as follows:-

  • Does this issue occurs with all workbooks (.xls file, .xlsx file)?
    >> Yes they're occurs with all workbook, even I create new workbook. The sentence with Thai font will not be convert with correct font color, so does the mixed EN-TH sentence, but the only EN sentence able to be converted correctly.

  • Is your colleague using the same version and version number of Office as yours?
    >>we use same version as attached.

    • Do Thai fonts lost color in Print Preview?
      >> No, for print preview the thai font color is perfect. And i've done checked "the black and white" box is not ticked.

Thanks for your sharing.

I would suggest you run Excel in safe mode to check the startup items and add-ins.
Enter "excel /safe" in Run diaglog, then click OK.
Then open one workbook to check this issue.

And you may perform an Online Repair for Office from Control Panel.

Thank you so much for kind following.

Today I test converted, it works!!!

Last week I've tried open excel in safe mode as your recommend,
1st time the pdf convert color is correct, but only 1st time, then they never correct again whenever I repeat.

I then tried to do Online Repair for Excel 365 but cannot done, then I saw I also have Excel 2010 and I can repair that version. On that day my pdf color convert still on/off correct and my default excel version in notebook have been changed to 2010. (still on my way to change back to Excel 365 as default)

However, today before response to you, I've tried convert pdf again but they are perfect this time both Excel 2010 and Excel 365.

I wish it last perfect forever!

Thank you so much for your support!

PS last time that success, i do repair Excel 2010 but it became default program to open excel file then i request IT made Excel 365 as default program to open excel file.
