Cannot update my profile to schedule an exam

Hello, I want to schedule an exam and when I get to the page to check and update my profile, I am not able to change the address and my phone number. I am getting error :90010703![74799-error.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/74799-error.png?platform=QnA
