Bonjour, j'ai du effacer un mail en 2016 que j'aimerais retrouver. Pouvez-vous me dire si cela est possible? J'ai l'adresse mail du destinataire si besoin. Bien à vous.

    Hi @Mohamed Mohamed ,

    Welcome.

Please kindly understand that currently in Microsoft Q&A we only support English, could you please edit your question into English? Then we can help to solve your issues, thanks for your understanding.

I tried to read your question via machine translation, sounds like you would like to recover email messages you deleted in Microsoft Outlook 2016 desktop client, right?
If yes, how did you remove these email messages which you would like to recover? It is suggested for you to firstly check your Deleted Items folder both from your Outlook 2016 desktop client side and your web mail side, and see if there is any difference. If you could find those message in your Deleted Items folder, you could just move them back to your Inbox folder.

If you could not find those email messages in your Deleted Items folder, I would like to confirm what's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?
If you are using POP or IMAP account in Outlook, I'm afraid that those deleted email messages are not able to be recovered.
If you are using Exchange email account in Outlook, please check if this "Recover Deleted Items From Server" could help.

    Hope this can be helpful.
