I don't know if this can help but I get a warning when I start the server :

The DNS server service cannot start until the initial synchronization is complete because critical DNS data might not yet be replicated onto this domain controller. If events in the AD DS event log indicate that there is a problem with DNS name resolution, consider adding the IP address of another DNS server for this domain to the DNS server list in the Internet Protocol properties of this computer. This event will be logged every two minutes until AD DS has signaled that the initial synchronization has successfully completed.

Yes, there is only one DC. I tried to restarting this service but it doesn't change anything

I runed the commands on the DC

1). Start a Command Prompt (cmd.exe) RunAs administrator
2). Change the folder to the WMI folder:

CD %windir%\system32\wbem

3). Reregister all the Windows Management Instrumentation DLLs:

For /f %s in ('dir /b /s *.dll') do regsvr32 /s %s

4). Reregister the MOF files.

for /f %s in ('dir /b .mof .mfl') do mofcomp %s

5). Type the following command to make sure that the provider host is registered correctly:

wmiprvse /regserver

6). Reboot

The workstation files appear to have come from the server.

If problems persist then put up a new set of files to look at.

What's the history here? Did this domain controller just break? If so you may want to consider restoring a recent known good backup.

It didn't. I builded this server today so I don't have backup.

That is one issue but usually resolves itself in 10 minutes or so. The bigger issue is
The DFS Replication service failed to register the WMI providers. Replication is disabled until the problem is resolved.

Since a new installation I'd suggest clean installing it, patch fully and try again.
