Hello, We recently began migrating from Workspace ONE to Intune. Before moving to Intune we are having our users unenroll from WS1. Then, We are having our users enroll manually via the Company portal. The error does not happen to every user and appears to only affect iOS users. The error occurs towards the end of the enrollment. Intune shows the device fully enrolled and complaint. However they cannot access email via outlook. Every time they open Company portal they get this error, "can't activate email account". The issue will typically fix itself without us doing anything after 3-4 days. I've opened several tickets with MS and they haven't been able to pin point what the issue is. The ticket ends up being closed without resolution. anyone have this same issue?
