Hi! Is there a way I can delete User Accounts in Microsoft Remote Desktop? There are a couple with the same names...and I can't figure it out. All help is welcomed!

Thank you for posting your query. Here are some sugguetions.
select the computers, or group of computers
click Manage > send UNIX command
enter the command in the upper box dscl . delete /users/USER
run command as: root
