How does change of a spot VM price in a region affect already deployed VM in this region? Is further billed by its initial price when created, or a new price per hour is applied and the machine can then cost less or more? Also, is it in sync with the pricing API at https://prices.azure.com/api/retail/prices ? Thanks!
