How to remove managed account which has password expiration null value

Windows Edition: Windows Server 2019 Standard
SharePoint Version: Sharepoint 2019 Onpremise

Earlier we have an managed account and after sometime we migrated the domain to new one without removing this existing managed account which is in old domain. This account has "Passwordexpiration" as null when we check in Central admin. Now when we try to remove this account, we are getting below issue.

We checked in services.msc and central admin, all the mentioned services are running in new account only.

So please suggest how can we check further for this issue to remove this managed account.

    Hi @Rahini Radha (AP) ,

    Per my understanding,You could go to CA>Service Application>Project Server Service Application>Administrator to check if the account are still used and Properties for the Application pool:

    then go to the IIS to check the corresponding Identity of the Application pool:

    And you could also try to perform IIS reset:
