While SSO Works across multiple applications registered in a single B2C Tenant, does Azure B2C also support or allow SSO between multiple applications each registered in a separate Azure B2C Tenant?

Since the issuer of the token would be different in case of different B2C tenants, you will not get SSO experience in that case.

Here's our use case - App 1 is registered with Tenant 1 and App 2 is registered with Tenant 2 (Credentials would be different for both). A User from App 1 should be logged into App 2 via SSO.
Both SPA's are using MSAL.js on the client side. Does MSAL.js allow a SPA to work with two Tenants at once, so that tokens from both tenants can be accepted by an application?
Can you think of any workarounds that helps us achieve this?

@Murali , I don't think this is possible. Not just with B2C, with any IDP.
