Hi,
If you have recorded the Teams Meeting the video is available into Streams. If you are an external participant to the meeting (aka you are not member of the Organization that organize the Meeting) the video will not be available to you on Stream, but only to internal members.
In that case you have to ask to one of the internal user that partecipated to download the video from Stream and share to you via OneDrive or similar
Hope this could help

retrieve a video if we're not the person who threw it
Is it possible to retrieve a meeting as a recording if I am the class organizer but have not played the video?
I'd like my public thesis defense back.
How can I do?
Is someone from teams that can help me?
Thanks a lot,
Gaëtan Devos

Is-it still possible that Teams record automatically?

2020-06-01T03:22:25.8+00:00 Hi Gaëtan Devos,
Do you mean you want to automatically record Teams meeting?
At present, there are no settings to automatically enable recording for all calls within Teams itself or on Microsoft's Phone System.
However, there are third party solutions out there such as Audiocodes SmartTap 360 if you use Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams which may do what you need.
If it cannot meet your requirements, we recommend you give a feedback to https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/35515465-automatic-recording-meetings.
Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.
Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
