When reviewing this document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/app-provisioning/plan-cloud-hr-provision#feedback this appears to be a viable solution to the issue we currently have, however it appears the vendors you currently work with are extremely limited. We currently use UKG (formerly Ultipro) for our HRIS system. Is there any plan to include the option to offer user provisioning through UKG?

    @Bowen, Daniel
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue!

    As of right now, the only update I received from our engineering team is that they're looking into this. However, I'm not able to share any more info regarding any plan to include the option of user provisioning through UKG.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.

    I received documentation from UKG stating that they do support SCIM.

    The document is called "Azure Active Directory Integration Client Questionnaire Turnkey Integration Platform Guide". I'd recommend reaching out to your Account Manager and asking for this.

    I have not implemented SCIM between UKG and our organization, but I intend on doing this once we are ready to exit our hybrid (on-prem Exchange + Azure AD Connect) environment.

    Best of luck.
