MS Teams and Synology

I recently set-up a small Synology network. I'm using Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface laptop. I am finding that the wired network drops off randomly, primarily when I am using MS Teams. I updated all of my machine drivers as well as Windows 10. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    From Teams side, make sure you’ve opened the following, for all locations, for media in Teams:
