@Phil Haack ,
You could follow How to remove an application registered with the Microsoft identity platform.
App Studio Bot Registrations
When I use App Studio, I see these two bots I created using the Manifest Editor.
When I click Bot Management I also see these Bot Registrations.
My questions are:
- How are these things related? It's not clear from the UI. For example, can a bot have multiple registrations? Is there a way to see that?
- Where do I go to manage these bot registrations. I thought they were Bot Registrations in Azure Portal, but when I log into the portal, I don't see them there.

When you create a bot, it must create a bot registration. It is a one-to-one relationship.

It seems that Microsoft Teams Toolkit manage the Bot Registration.
As we are mainly responsible for general issue of Microsoft Teams, your question more related to development is not supported by us. I will add office-teams-app-dev tag for further help. Thanks for your understanding.
