My Linux VM can not be found under the "Virtual Machines" list

Dear all,

I noticed today that I can not find my VM under the List of the VMs.

But when I directly open the link of the VM it works, and I can start it. Also, my network setting has disappeared and my resources can not be found in the list for resources.
Did anyone had the same issue? How can I fix this?

Thank you.

Hi,

There is a known issue with Azure Portal where some of the services are not listed with certain Subscriptions and the issue is intermittent.
If you still see the problem I suggest you contact the Azure Support team and let them know about this issue.

Or you can try refreshing the browser, clearing the browser cache, try another browser, or wait a while and the problem should be resolved.

Hello,

I tried it in 3 browsers, cleared the cache, but still nothing. I also tried contacting the Azure support, but it just forwards me to a bot, which brings me nowhere. Is there an email, or something where I can contact someone from the Azure support directly?

Thank you.
Best Regards
