Cannot access webcam from Hyper-V VM on Windows Server 2019 Essentials.

I have Windows Server 2019 Essentials and a Hyper-V VM running Windows 10 Enterprise.
Enhanced Session is enabled.
For Remote audio playback I selected "Play on this computer" and my speakers work.
For Remote Autio recording I selected "Record from this computer" Don't know if that effects the webcam or not.
For Local devices and resources, under drives I selected "Drives that I plug in later". And selected "Other supported Plug and Play (PnP) devices. With "Devices that I plug in later" selected under that.
I can print from a USB cable in my VM.
But my Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam is not recognized when I plug it in. It uses system drivers and is recognized and drivers loaded automatically on the host machine.
Remote desktop service is enabled on the VM if that makes a difference.
I am running the VM on the host machine from the Hyper-V Manager. Not remotely over a network or azure or anything like that.

I may have found the problem. On my Windows Server 2019 Essentials desktop, in Settings->Privacy->Camera (and same for Microphone). "Camera access for this device is off" I am unable to change this even logged in as the Administrator.

I need to find out how to enable the option to enable the camera on my computer. Looking at local policy, I don't see anything. For Group Policy, the computer is not on a domain so I don't have access to group policy.

    What are my options?

    Hi,

After we plug in the Webcam, please try to reconnect the VM in enhanced session mode, when connect, please check if the Webcam device show in the "Local Resource" for connect.

Besides, please check if we installed the Webcam driver correctly on the host.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
